Each year, one leadership team member in each discipline is selected to receive this honor—our organization’s highest individual award. As Director of Facilities Services, Allen plans, directs, and supervises all preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance across the campus’s buildings, grounds, and equipment. He also provides vital leadership for maintenance personnel, housekeeping staff, and facility projects across multiple departments.
Through his technical expertise and tireless dedication, Allen ensures Wildewood Downs remains a safe, beautiful, and worry-free environment where Members can truly thrive.
