Wildewood Downs’ Sharlotte Edwards Wins 2023 Supernova Award

Lifestyle Advisor Takes Home Highest Honor

The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.

The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Lifestyle Advisor, Sharlotte Edwards, as the recipient of the 2023 Wildewood Downs Supernova Award. Sharlotte has quickly become the heartbeat of the community. Sharlotte supports our prospects and their families navigate the ins and outs of finding the right retirement community for them.

Sharlotte joined Wildewood Downs a year ago when diverse Members and colleagues immediately met her. She quickly developed reciprocal relationships and readily adopted the Senior Living Communities principles. My time at Wildewood Downs has been extraordinary. She has experienced growth and change, all while my team members and community supported and encouraged me. From being the Transition Specialist to the Care Services Lifestyle Advisor, her time here has been great. She looks forward to contributing more to the community that has served me in more ways than just employment.
